Job Description:
- Online Audit VSAM file is backed up.
- Extract sequential file is built from Online Audit VSAM file.
- History tape file is updated with Extract file records.
- Online Audit VSAM file is initiated for CICS use.
- FOCUS reporting disk is built as copy of the Extract File.
- Extract/Update control reports printed.
Scheduling Information:
This job normally run weekly by the Accounting office.

The following library members need to be updated before requesting execution of job J9511M01. Consult Online Reference for specifications.
- PGM=FBR195 - Required - do not change.
- BEG-DATE=mm/dd/yy - Preset to use all records - do not change.
- END-DATE=mm/dd/yy - Preset to use all records - do not change.
- DATE=mm/dd/yy - The date which will print on report headings.
C9511M02 - PGM=FBR196
- PGM=FBR196 - Required - do not change.

- INITIALRUN=XXX - Indicator used to specify the first run of the
fiscal year
(July = YES, create New History tape file), (all other months = NO, subsequent
runs will merge the current extract file with the Old History tape file to create a
New History tape file. - DATE=mm/dd/yy - The date which will print on report headings.
(Default = System Date)
