J9501Q02 - QUIESCE: Backup and Recovery (After CICS)

Job Description:

This job QUIESCES all FRS DB2 tables. It creates an FRS application wide point of consistency (POC) for recovery purposes. The job also generates members in the following PDS's which can be used for either 'IMAGE COPY' or 'RBA' recovery.

PRO.DB2RECOV.TOCPYLIB (IMAGE COPY RECOVERY)
PRO.DB2RECOV.TORBALIB (RBA RECOVERY)

Scheduling Information:

This job is run daily on all standard FRS batch schedules. J9501Q02 is dependent on J9501BU2.
